You will have two options when you are about to checkout, the first one is that you pay 47%, up front & second one is that you have to pay the full amount so you will choose one and checkout!
On the 47% one that simply means you will pay 47% upfront and the rest during the delivery. If you don’t afford paying off the remaining balance we will discuss with you the repayment/instalment plan after the delivery has been done. You will have 1 Year to finish paying off the balance.

Yes, we stand by the quality of our products. Adower Power offers a 7 Years warranty on portable power stations, foldable solar panels, and external batteries.
If you are unhappy with one of our products you can write to our Returns & Refund Department ( returns@adower.com ) one of our agents will give you a call within 12 hours and arrange a new product for you or simply arrange collection & refund.

If you own the unit please send us a WhatsApp message and we will add you on a WhatsApp group with existing owners of Adower Power units. Our support agents too can also assist too if you need help, but the installers will help you with everything when installing the unit & battery!

Installations are done by Adower Power or third party installers all over South Africa. As of January till July 2024 we are running a promotion and charging only R2000 installation fee.
The installation fees are paid after the job is done.
You are allowed to get your own installers too.
Our repayment plan is simple. No need for stressful application forms!
You simply place an order online and then pay 47% upfront deposit. Then we will arrange delivery date. After the delivery has been done the delivery person will give you paperwork to sign on your site. The important thing is to finish paying off the unit within 12 months!
The good thing about this is that you will be paying off the unit while you are using it!

In order to ensure a smooth and secure transaction, we do request a 47% upfront deposit when you make your purchase. This deposit is necessary before we dispatch your order for delivery. The remaining balance can be settled upon the delivery of your items.
The 47% upfront deposit plays a vital role in protecting our business. We’ve been operating for some-time, and in the past, we experimented with cash on delivery without any deposit. Unfortunately, this approach didn’t work well for our business. Often, when it came time for the delivery and payment, customers would provide various excuses. Some claimed they didn’t have the money, others changed their minds, and a few even became unresponsive or unreachable. The range of excuses seemed endless.
Hence, we introduced the deposit option to cater to serious buyers who are committed to their purchases and ensure a smooth transaction process.
